When can I receive my tickets?
You will receive electronic confirmation of your ticket reservation purchase immediately after making your purchase. You will receive your tickets once your seats are assigned following the package sales window.
Can I get them via mail or electronically?
Your tickets will be sent electronically via email. There will also be an application for your phone that allows you to manage your entry to the venue. If you do not have email, you will need to provide a mailing address and tickets can be mailed for an additional price based on your desired method of shipment.
Do I get a receipt with my purchase?
You must have an email to purchase tickets, so yes, you will be emailed a receipt for your ticket purchase.
Will people who purchase tickets in advance get first opportunity to purchase tickets for Opening and Closing Ceremonies?
How much is tax?
North Carolina sales tax is 6.75%.
When will individual event tickets go on sale?
Individual event day sessions tickets for each discipline are expected to go on sale in November.
When will my seats be assigned or can I choose my seats?
You will be assigned the best available seats based on the date/time stamp for when you made your purchase. This will occur in November.
I have a disability, will I be able to get accessible seats?
Yes, email us and we will process your request and provide you with the appropriate seating.
When will you share the venue seating map?
Final Venue seating maps will be available in early November.
What are the pricing of the individual tickets?
Pricing for individual tickets will be available at a later time.
Are there children’s prices?
No, all prices are the same for all ages. Children 2-years-old and under will be admitted at no charge, but must sit on a ticket holder’s lap. If you want your child to have a seat, you will need to purchase a ticket for them.
How are the weeks broken up into week one and week two?
The week one pass covers Wednesday, September 12 through Sunday, September 16. Week two pass covers Tuesday, September 18 through Sunday, September 23.

Why are there no tickets for sale on 9/17 and 9/18?
September 17 is our transition day from week one to week two. September 18 is a Community Day. Everyone who purchases a General Grounds Day Pass will have access to view the competitions on that day. Anyone who has an All Games Pass or a Week 1 or 2 pass will also be granted access.
VIP & HOSPITALITY
Will VIP Tickets and Hospitality Packages be available?
Yes, VIP Tickets and Hospitality Packages will be available for purchase. We will make an announcement once those ticket sales are ready.
Will I be able to trade in the tickets I already bought for VIP tickets or Hospitality Packages?
Yes, you can upsell and trade in your tickets for VIP tickets or Hospitality Package. We encourage you to go ahead and purchase event tickets now to guarantee a seat at the Games.
What does the General Grounds Day Pass include?
The General Grounds Day Pass includes access to the grounds and vendors, but does not grant access to any of the competitions. The General Grounds Day Pass will include access to the free demonstrations and exhibitions.
What is the difference between the All Sessions Day Pass and the General Grounds Day Pass?
The All Sessions Day Pass grants you access to the general grounds and the competitions on a specific day you choose. The All Sessions Day Pass is available for weekdays only. The General Grounds Day Pass only grants access to the grounds, vendors, and free exhibitions and demonstrations, but not to the competitions, for a single day.
Will handicap seating be available?
How can I purchase handicap seating?
Indicate on your order that handicapped seating is needed.
Can I buy tickets in bulk?
Yes, you can purchase as many as 100 tickets in one transaction. Bulk ticket purchases will be monitored. If scalping is suspected, the ticket purchase will be investigated.
Can I buy tickets for a tour group?
To purchase tickets for a tour group, please contact our partner, Housing Connections at 678-667-2255.
